EVENT & ACTIVITY COMMITTEE
HELP WANTED
EAC (pronounced “Eek”), the Event & Activity Committee, coordinates the ABYC club events including the Turkey Day Regatta dinner, the family Christmas party, Club ABYC Friday night fun, the Easter and Mother’s Day brunches, Memorial and Labor Day regatta after sailing parties and bunches of other stuff.
If you like to plan parties, cook for hundreds, decorate & be creative than EAC has a volunteer
opportunity for you. We go out of our way to make volunteering a lot of fun!
Just think of the camaraderie and things waiting for you to do; hiding eggs at Easter, helping
transform ABYC into a winter wonderland in December, designing elegant centerpieces for the
Installation, or trying to feed 350 hungry sailors, coming in from the cold, after the Turkey Day
Regatta.
